This Arkansas Beauty Pageant Surety Bond is in place to ensure that you, as the Principal, will faithfully conduct a Beauty Pageant and will be held responsible for any losses which may be incurred as a result of not conducting the pageant as promised.

There are certain organizations which are exempt the Arkansas Beauty Pageant Operator Permit.  If you represent a bona fide civic club which has existed for more than one year; a non-profit organization; a religious organization or church; a local government entity or school; or any organization auxiliary to, or affiliated with, such governmental entities or schools, including but not limited to, county fair boards, and school booster clubs; you may be exempt from obtaining the Arkansas Beauty Pageant Operator Permit.
